Clinician Information

Professional Horsemen, I have to tell you that Patricia Reszetylo is a pro at organizing and delivering a teleseminar. If you have a message to deliver to other horsemen, you can't go wrong with this marketing method.

Patricia is just an incredible hostess. I'd like to thank her and everyone associated with EquineTeleseminar.net for putting this on. Patricia made every thing flow with ease. I'll be on the lookout for new seminars in the future.

Hey Patricia,

Thanks for providing such a valuable service to the horse community. As an "interviewee", I found the whole process fun and easy. Keep up the super work!!

If you are a clinician or consultant, you might hold a teleseminar if any of these apply to you:

  • You are launching a new product or service.

  • You have a mailing list or discussion list, but you don't market to it very often.

  • You would like to start or grow your mailing or discussion list.

  • You don't have either a mailing list or a discussion list, but you are somebody who is in demand - you have clinics, have written a book or two perhaps, or you give lectures or seminars.

  • You want to get some visibility in your niche.

  • You want to be recognized as the expert that you are within your niche.

  • You have some kind of proprietary information that people already pay to access.

  • You are in a specialty market of some sort - for example, dressage, barrel racing, or "problem fixing."  This works even better if you are niched within a market, for example, Classical Dressage, Nationally Competing Barrel Racers, Business Consulting for Breeding Operations, etc.

  • You know how to sell horses, either online or offline - this is in very high demand.

Organizing Our Event

There are as many ways of doing a teleseminar as there are clinicians.  The way you and I choose to organize our event is likely to be much different than the way another clinician chooses to organize their event.

The objective is of course to make some money, and there are many ways of doing that.  You can market an info-product, a physical item such as a book, video collection, or DVD, or even an event such as a clinic, workshop, seminar or other similar event.

If you don't have an info product such as an ebook, don't worry, I can assist you in creating one.  It's a lot easier than you think; you probably have the makings of one or more all together already, and I have gathered many resources to assist in the process.  Think of me as a marketing project manager - I get the job done, without you having to worry about the details.

If you would rather do just a pure content teleseminar, with no upsell to anything, we can do that as well.  Depending on what your objective is - to build your list, to get some visibility in your market place, or to monetize your list - you may or may not want to charge for the event.

Reasons to Hold a FREE Teleseminar
  • to build your optin list

  • to gain visibility in a marketplace

  • to upsell an info product or other offer (monetize your current list)

  • to establish yourself as an expert

Reasons to CHARGE for a Teleseminar

To monetize a list in a narrow niche market by holding a teleclass (single or multiple sessions) that delivers specific, targeted, high-value content.  Participants should receive audios and/or transcripts after the call.  Since you have multiple participants, it pays better than one-on-one sessions - (like holding group riding lessons rather than private).

Clinician is in high demand in a narrow niche, and the fee is more than worth the time of the participants.

Here's how it works:

  • Contact me here, or call me at 218-327-4042, 8am to 8pm central time.

  • We decide on a date and a time that works for both of us, as well as for your market.  It works best to allow at least 90 minutes for the call.

  • We decide on a topic and a format - formal lecture, informal Q&A, or a panel discussion.

  • We decide how much to charge for admission. There are ways to make money with a free admission as well as with a paid admission.  I need to know what your objectives are for holding the teleseminar, and I will assist you in determining what to charge.

  • We decide what kind of offer we are going to give the audience.  I always have something to offer them, and I can usually help you find something.

  • I sign up as your affiliate, or you can use my software, and you sign up as mine.

    • This allows us to offer the participants something special, a deal that they wouldn't normally get if they accessed your services or products from your website, and for both of us to make the event financially rewarding for both of us.

    • It also allows you to make a commission EVERY TIME they purchase ANYTHING from EquineTeleseminar.net.

  • I can help you figure out what kind of package to put together for this deal.

    • I have a very popular Podcasting arrangement right now, with limited availability for the right client.   Visit this page to learn more about it.

  • I arrange the teleconference service, build the webpages, unless your webperson wants to build them; collect admission fees if we are charging admission, pre-sell access to the files generated by the event, and create the e-workbook for participants.

  • We both market the event to my list, your list, and a variety of discussion lists and forums that seem appropriate.  I can set up a Google ad, and I post the announcement to teleseminar announcement sites, as well as post press releases in various locations online.

  • I will set up a time with you before the event to do a sound check, as we record the session, and don't want any surprises.  This only takes a few minutes, and can often be done in our initial phone interview..

  • I host the event, first introducing, then interviewing you, asking the participant's questions, if we've gone that route, or if you want to do a formal lecture, I let you have the floor until time to give out the offer, if we are doing a free admission, and wrap things up.

Joint Venture Money divisions:

  • You get an agreed-upon commission of the admission fees and e-books that sell from this event (the audio, transcript, and other files from this event).

  • You get paid through my private affiliate program, so anytime either of us makes a sale from this site, you get paid.  In fact, I'll even design a cover for the ebook, and send it to you along with an html snippet, so all your webmaster has to do is paste it into your website.

  • We both hold copyrights to the resulting ebook.  After the event, I will send you a copy (or you can download the files), and then we are both free to do whatever we choose with the ebook.

  • There are many ways to use these files, and I can assist you in determining the best use for you.

  • The salespage for the offer that you have for our participants can be on either your website or on mine.

  • If you have a digital product for sale, do consulting or similar type of work, I appreciate a finders' fee or commission.  If you have an affiliate program, I am happy to sign up for that, otherwise, we can do it from my end.

Topics

While I am always open to suggestion, here is a list of general topics in which people have indicated interest.
I now have access to online tools that allow us to determine EXACTLY what your group wants to learn - allowing us to market directly to their interest, and increasing the number of both attendees and purchasers.

  • Internet Marketing for Equestrians - (also a preferred topic).

 Benefits

Clinician Benefits:

  • Grow your distribution list

  • Monetize your distribution list

  • Build on your relationship with the individuals on your list.  "Face Time" is priceless these days, and the telephone is a great way to give it to your clients/customers/potentials.

  • Not only do you give your clients that precious "Face Time," but you do it in a leveraged manner - with many at a time, but in an intimate setting, no matter how many are on the call - 3 or 3000.

  • You get complimentary copies of the audio and transcript files to sell to your list, use as a "bribe" to grow your list, as an autoresponder course, either free or paid, or any of a huge number of uses that we can dream up. Ask me - I can assist with this.

  • Book clinics, consultations, horses for training - whatever it is you do or sell, you can do more and sell more of it.

  • If you are already booked solid, you can raise your rates, and not worry about losing clients.

Your Client's Benefits:

  • They get "face" time with you, get to know more about other things that you offer, and invest in your services/products.

  • It's an exciting, low-cost way for them to learn.

  • They get a few "fun" freebies that are really more marketing tools for you - I have a free ebook that I give away, and I can usually help you find something to give them as well.

  • They get a deal on services that you and I provide.
